Rashaad - This is the place where you're gonna come and you're gonna feel not only comfortable, but you're gonna feel like you know what I found a place that I may want to stay, for a very long time to come.
Joe - We're gonna get a lot bigger and it opens the gate to a ton of opportunities for a lot of people that want to come in and do just what I did, you know, start as an hourly employee and kind of go up from there.
Grant - I've seen people go from, you know, Server Assistants to Bartenders to working at the Home Office. It's great to see that kind of thing.
Adam - BBRG gives you the opportunity to promote yourself within the company and they cultivate you to become a better person all the way around.
Maynor - They want us to advance and they give us all of the tools. They teach us how to be successful.
Sheila - There's not a ceiling at BBRG so if you strive for something and put your mind to it and you work hard, it's available for you.
Feather - The shock was when I started at Brio as compared to other restaurants, it's my name. People called me by my name and it was a lot different than just being a number.
Chris - You know, it's never boring. Always exciting. I feel like we're trusted to take care of our guests.
Alex - I'm excited to go to work. I'm one of the few people out of my friends that are excited to go to work.
Angela - I love coming into work every day. If I could work 80 hours, I would work 80 hours.
Sara - It is nice that I can balance my work and family life and also be happy with the job I'm doing and being fulfilled with what I'm doing at work.
Tammy - It's all a team and it's all a family and if you have that then you're good.
Luke - I see a future here. I see a career here. This isn't just a job that, like a job I'm coming to get a paycheck for, it's my future, it's gonna be my career.
