Our goal at BRAVO | BRIO Restaurant Group (BBRG) is to be the "Best Italian" restaurant company in America and we want our Teams to know they work with the BEST.  Operating "upscale-affordable" restaurants nationwide, BBRG believes our primary focus is for each Guest to leave highly satisfied with their dining experience.  Whether at BRAVO! Our Training & Development
We are focused on creating career PATHS, not just career opportunities.  BBRG offers a comprehensive training program for all Managers, Chefs, and Team Members whether you are promoted from within or new with our restaurant group.  Our superior training includes but is not limited to:

Chef-In-Training or Manager-In-Training: A thorough program that entails hands-on experience, feedback sessions, workbook tasks, E-Learning courses and leadership development.

Training Check-Ins: Our Training and Development Team is dedicated to follow-up and follow through to ensure that your training is comprehensive, on track, and making an impact. Periodic check-ins are conducted to gain more insight to your training. We strive to continue to improve our training so that it is well rounded and impactful.

BBRG U Grad School: Managers & Chefs are scheduled to visit our BBRG Home Office to establish an even more solid foundation of the BBRG culture and expectations during a three-day focused learning experience.

New Restaurant Opening (NRO) Trainers and Regional Training Coordinators (RTC): High level exposure to training, managing, and leading the NRO Teams. Excellent opportunity to build your resume, meet great Managers & Chefs, gain exposure with the company and set the bar even higher for BBRG!

Team Leaders & Rising Stars: Hourly Team Members who exhibit outstanding leadership qualities may apply to be a Team Leader for the self-paced pre-management program. Those that have completed and passed the program are invited to attend our Rising Star session at the Home Office.

Assistant General Manager / Executive Sous Chef Program: These positions are readily available based on performance, openings, and set criteria for advancement. The passion, commitment, and high expectations of our leaders allows for continued growth within our restaurant group.

Yearly Performance Evaluations: Your Regional VP of Operations, District Partner, Executive Chef, and/or General Manager will have a scheduled Yearly Performance Evaluation with you so that you are given constructive feedback based on your Management, personal, and restaurant performance.
